Tricks of the Podcasting Masters

For several months I've had a preorder at Amazon.co.uk for Tricks of the Podcasting Masters by Rob Walch & Mur Lafferty. Despite the expected delivery being some time in July I received email this morning saying it had been dispatched. About an hour later, moments before I was leaving for work, a heavy packet slid through my letter box.

I've been skimming through it this evening, and it's unlike any other podcasting book I've seen. It focuses less on the technical aspects and more on the content of podcasting, naming many podcasts and the podcasters producing that content, to give a real feel for what the authors describe as the 'art' of podcasting.

Of course I was delighted to find (thank you both, Rob, Mur) that The Rev Up Review is mentioned several times within its pages.

I'm looking forward to reading the whole thing, cover to cover, in between getting to grips with my new toy.
