There was a hiccup in the upload of the latest RUR, which might have resulted in your podcatcher downloading a truncated file. The correct file is available here.
Or if you're using iTunes, simply delete the truncated file from the Podcasts page, Unsubscribe, and then subscribe again. iTunes will then download the correct file.
