You might want to check out The Gizmo Project if you are interest in using a VOIP service:

They charge less than Skype for a number people with landlines and mobiles can call.
Thanks, I've used Gizmo in the past (for the built-in recording facility). I didn't know it could do the equivalent of Skype-in, so I'll look at it again.
